
School Location
The School of Surveying & Spatial Information Systems is
located in the middle campus area of UNSW Kensington Campus (in
the Engineering precinct), a map of the campus can be viewed on

Finding Us on the Kensington Campus
The School occupies the fourth floor of the Electrical Engineering
Building (building number G17).
Visitors arriving by taxi should ask the driver to take you to
Gate 14, Barker Street, and to drive in and turn left before the
multi-storey carpark entrance. Drive to the barriers of Engineering
Road, at International Square.
Visitors arriving by car should enter the university by Gate
14, Barker Street, turn right past the small gatehouse, and to
proceed to the top floor of the multi-storey carpark. Parking
permits must be displayed (obtained from coin-operated machines).
Buses to and from the city centre stop at the Anzac
Gate on Anzac Parade. This is a pedestrian-only entrance to the
University Mall through the campus. From this gate walk straight
ahead up the University Mall, past the Red Centre Building to
the International Square. The Electrical Engineering Building
is next to the International Square.
The nearest stop for the UNSW express bus service (895) from
Central Station is the second stop on High Street, near Gate 8.
From this stop, walk alongside the Library Lawn, across the Commerce
Courtyard and down the steps between the Central Lecture Block
and the Goodsell Building. From here the Electrical Engineering
Building can be access on the second floor.

There is NO train service to Kensington. If travelling by train
