B.Sc. (Electrical Engineering), Sharif University of Technology Tehran, Iran, 1998.

M.Sc. (Electrical Engineering), Sharif University of Technology Tehran, Iran, 2000.

Ph.D., University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, 2008.

Brief Biography:

Present. Post Doctoral Research Fellow in the School of Surveying and Spatial Information Systems, UNSW.
2004 - 2007: Research on the subject of Radio Frequency Interference in the Global Navigation Satellite Systems
2000 - 2002: Employed by Bamdad Computer Limited, Tehran, Iran. System Engineer and Project Manager on the development of testing and measuring equipments. 

Skills:

  • Digital signal processing in both time and frequency domains.
  • GPS data analysis and algorithm development: navigation, attitude determination, relative navigation algorithms using pseudorange, Doppler, carrier phase measurements.
  • GNSS receiver techniques: receiver architecture, software receiver, digital signal processing, tracking loop design, GNSS algorithm.
  • Software program using C/C++.

Current Research:

System Design and Signal Processing focused in the area of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Receivers.
