Work Experience:
Constructed a handheld spatial-audio navigator and designed a simple audio tour application as part of my undergraduate thesis. This earned me equal first in the 2002 CISRA Project Prize Worked on various embedded systems projects with National ICT Australia (NICTA) for about 6 months after graduation. This involved hardware and software development for the PLEB project. Enrolled in a Ph.D. program undertaking an ARC(APAI) sponsored research project using the Locata technology.
Interests:
Cinema, reading, kicking (and watching more skilful people kick) a soccer ball, basketball, and all forms of electronic gizmos.
Current Projects / Research:
Currently undertaking an industry-linked project to develop "An Augmented-GPS Software Receiver for Indoor/Outdoor Positioning".
