NonieÕs Dots-and-Boxes: A hardware implementation of the
familiar pencil-and-paper game. This implementation offers both
the interface for playing the game and an intelligent computer
player to compete against.
T2NG MP3 Player: An MP3 player extension for the DSLMU
board capable of playing MP3 files stored on a Multimedia Card
as well as performing control operations, file browsing capabilities
and displaying the appropriate information on the LCD screen.
Antenna Arrays for Adaptive Nulling: The project aim is
to increase the signal-to-interference ratio of a received signal
by using an array of receiving antennas and computing a suitable
weighted sum of the waveforms observed by these antennas. The
systemÕs job is to find the optimal weights that would maximize
the signal-to-interference ratio as an on-going process in order
to adapt to the changing surrounding interference.
Wireless Sensor Networks Platform: The purpose of this
project is to design and produce hardware platform to be used
for developing wireless sensor network applications. Moreover,
this hardware platform must be able to address the constraints
of size, cost and power imposed on wireless sensor network nodes.
Simple Transmit Diversity Technique: A hardware implementation
of a simple transmit diversity technique for wireless communications.
The purpose of this project is to deduce a hardware implementation
of the scheme described in the technical paper written by S.M.
Alamouti. It is done by analyzing the mathematical theory, adjusting
it for the digital domain, designing and optimizing the hardware
and finally, implementing it.
